St John's Jerusalem is owned by the National Trust for Places of Historic Interest or Natural Beauty, usually called the National Trust. The house has a chapel and garden of several acres, which is open to the public once a week during the summer. The rest of the time the tenants have it all to themselves; they are lucky people.
